VACANCY- English Speaking Receptionist

Accutor AG, the global Legal and Tax Consultancy is looking to hire a full English speaking Receptionist based in our office in Malta.

Required Attributes:

• Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
• A keen interest to learn and support various team members when required
• Excellent problem solving and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Language Skills –a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English, any additional language is beneficial but not essential
• Degree or Masters are advantage, but not essential
• A confident and professional manner
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

Description:

• Full training to be provided
• Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
• Keeping records up to date
• Handling confidential information
• General administrative work
• Organising and scheduling appointments
• Booking travel arrangements
• Using and managing the telephone system
• Forwarding letters and documents
• Replenishing stationary and office materials
• Involvement in internal meetings and training/ workshops
• Full-time job

Compensation, Location:

• Market salary – based on experience
• Start date – as soon as possible
• Public transport will be few minutes away from office
